Do you want a key role where you act as the hub that makes advanced educational activities run smoothly in practice? Saab Dynamics is now looking for a coordinator for our training team in Boden – a role for you who likes structure, people, and getting things done.

Here, you will become an important part of the work supporting the Swedish Armed Forces in the implementation of digital command support systems (LSS Mark). It is high-tech, socially important, and based on collaboration between Saab, FMV, and the Swedish Armed Forces. In the training team, we ensure that the right competence reaches the right person – and here you are a central part of the chain.

Your role – more than administration

As a coordinator, you are the one holding the overall picture together behind the scenes. You create structure, order, and flow in a business where much happens simultaneously and where details make a big difference.

You will, among other things:

• Plan and book courses, training sessions, and premises
• Coordinate and drive course administration from start to finish
• Keep registers, participant lists, and training documentation in order
• Be an important contact point for instructors, participants, and partners
• Contribute to developing smart, efficient working methods within the team
• Ensure that the logistics surrounding the training work in practice

Who we think you are

You thrive in a role where you can combine service, administration, and coordination. You are confident working independently but also enjoy being part of a team where people help each other and solve things together.

We believe you have a secondary or post-secondary education and are computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces and/or voluntary organizations is meritorious. You have a strong ability to create order, plan, and prioritize your work in a structured manner. Furthermore, we look for a positive, solution-focused, and service-oriented attitude, as well as good collaboration skills and clear communication in interactions with others. Travel may be included in the position.

A valid B-driving license is required.
